Failure is always an option, a phrase popularized by Adam Savage from MythBusters, is a powerful ideology all of us should embrace. Nobody wants to fail, but failing is inevitable on your way to success. So if you never fail then it probably means that you do nothing. Failing shows that you actually do something instead of just sitting in your comfort zone.

I would like to give examples of one of the famous entrepreneur who is always facing a failure but towards the end he is one of the richest person in the world. But who is he? He is Ma Yun and his English name is Jack Ma. He is one of the world successful entrepreneurs. Jack Ma was a founder of Alibaba Group Holding Limited which is a Chinese e-commerce company that provides consumer to consumer, business to consumer and business to business sales services via web portals.

Jack Ma facing a lot of failure like he was rejected from 3 universities, his first internet venture failed miserably and he failed many times in middle and high school for his lower grades. Most impressive of all, Jack Ma was rejected from Harvard 10 times. Besides, he applied to 30 jobs when he was looking for work and was rejected from all of them, including a job at KFC where 24 people applied and they hired everyone but him.

Embracing rejection as an invitation to work harder and try more often is a mantra that successful people adopt in their everyday life. Jack Ma can get rejected a thousand times and still become the founder of a $200 Billion+ company, he through this process very early understanding of failure is an option. He was overcome the hardship in his business.
